Day 1 GIS workshop will be held in the Riverview Room, Jenkins Hall. Parking is available in nearby lots around campus.
Day 2 Symposium will be held in room 257 in Cox Institute. Parking is located at the front and rear of the building.
Directions to the Campus (Jenkins Hall and Cox Institute Building):
Travelling from Halifax and Southern NS: Take Exit 14 on Highway #102 at Truro. Turn right when coming off the exit ramp. You are now on Robie Street. At the second set of traffic lights, turn left and proceed along Marshland Drive until you reach a four-way stop. Turn left onto Park Street and proceed over the bridge to the first set of traffic lights. Turn right at the lights. You are now on Main Street in Bible Hill. At the next set of traffic lights, turn left onto Pictou Road. Take the first road on your right. This is Cumming Drive and you are now on Campus. The building to your immediate left is Cox Institute. Parking is located at the front and rear of the building.
Travelling from Cape Breton and Northeastern NS: Take Exit 17 at Truro from the Trans Canada Highway #104. Turn left at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp. You are now on Pictou Road. Proceed along Pictou Road to the second set of traffic lights. Proceed through the traffic lights and then take the first road on your left. This is Cumming Drive and you are now on Campus. The building to your immediate left is Cox Institute. Parking is located at the front and rear of the building.
