Athletics, Clubs and Committees
At NSAC, athletics are a big part of student
life. Whether you enjoy competitive sports at a Varsity level,
recreational level or are just looking for some exercise, then
we are the campus for you. With excellent athletic facilities
including raquetball, squash and basketball courts, free weights
and excercise equipment, all available to NSAC students for
free, staying active is extremely easy.
Want to get involved? Clubs and committees are
a great way to get involved and meet new people. With over
20 clubs, committees and organizations, getting involved and
staying involved is easy at NSAC.
NSAC offers a variety of clubs for people with all interests.
If you enjoy acting, then NSAC’s Drama Society is the
group for you. If horses are your thing, why not try out our
Equestrian Club?

Whether you were a member of a certain club before you attended
NSAC or not, we encourage all students to try their hand at
one of our many groups once you become a student here. Yearbook,
Student Union and our school paper are just a few fun and interesting
ways of getting active within the NSAC student community.
Interested in program specific clubs? Then, by all means join
one of many, including the Pre-Veterinary Club, Environmental
Club and the Aquaculture Club to name a few. So, if you are
looking to interact with great people while taking part in
something you enjoy, then check out our Student Union website
at nsac.ca/su or drop by the Student
Union office in Rm 032 of Cox Institute to see how you can
sign up.
