Traditional Residence

Residence is a wonderful opportunity to meet people and make life long friendships.
Get involved with the house challenges, participate in house council, organize a study group or just play a friendly game of pool in the lounge.

NSAC features a three building residential complex providing 350 beds in a traditional dormitory style accommodations. Each building offers shared and private rooms, comfortable lounge areas to relax and chat or catch the news on TV, laundry facilities and a full vending service for those late night munches.

There are three types of rooms which are offered to students: 

1. There is a shared room, in which two roommates will share the space and each have their own bed, closet, desk and desk chair. 
2. There is a single room, which is not typically available to first year students.  There are only 4 of these types of rooms in each building so they are typically spoken for by returning students.  These are smaller than a shared or deluxe private and have one closet, one bed, one desk and one desk chair. 
3. The third type of room is a deluxe private.  This room is the same size as a shared room and has two closets, one or two beds, one or two desks and one or two desk chairs. 

All rooms are equipped with single captains beds, large closets, desks, chair. Your room fee includes wireless internet, local phone and cable services.

Washrooms and Shower rooms are shared and located in close proximity to all rooms.

Ample parking is provided behind Chapman House and is free of charge for residence students.
