Checking In/Out/Room Changes

Residences open for new students at 10 a.m, Sunday, Sept. 4, 2011. Residences open for returning students at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011.

It is very important that Check In/Out procedures be followed carefully as fees charged for occupancy damage are linked to these procedures. Your Residence Assistants will be pleased to help you and advise you through the process. Those who fail to follow procedures will be faced with additional administrative charges. Please take your time. We recognize you may be anxious to settle in or at the end of term, to leave quickly. However, a little extra time will be much rewarded.

Please note that residences are not open to students during the Christmas break, except for those students who come from such a distance that they cannot travel home for the break. Information about the option to stay over the break will be provided to students in the Fall.

All students are required to vacate their room within 24 hours of their last exam or by 7 pm on the last day of exams.
