1. What
is my username/password?
New students
have been sent a registration package that includes their Permit
to Register. Returning students have been e-mailed their Permit
to Register. The Permit to Register includes your username and
password. Please note that you will be prompted to change your
password the first time that you login. You need to remember
this password for future use.
Any student
who was not provided with a Permit to Register but plans to
return to the NSAC should contact the Registry Office if they
have lost their username or forgotten their password.
2.
I am able to login properly but the system won't let me register
for courses.
The system
will restrict registration to students for a variety of reasons
including the following:
you have
an overdue account and must make arrangements with Financial
Services before you are eligible to register
you are
a graduate student and graduate student registration
opens at a later date than undergrad registration
you are
trying to register for a section that is restricted to students
in a particular program (e.g. only Engineering students are
eligible to register for a specific section) - try another
section of the course
