WUSC
World University Service of Canada (WUSC) is a network of individuals
and post secondary institutions who believe that all peoples
are entitled to the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute
to a more equitable world. Its mission is to foster human development
and global understanding through education and training. NSAC
is proud to support this organization, and sponsors a refugee
student each year to attend NSAC for university studies.

NSAC is committed to helping you attain your career goals. The
Career Services staff can help you polish your resume, practice
your interview skills, identify employment opportunities, and
plan your career path. Employers use our Career Services with
confidence, because they know NSAC graduates have the skills,

International students who are registered full-time are permitted
to work on the university campus. Canada is also in the process
of allowing international students to work off-campus during
their studies, and we expect that this will be permitted within
the near future. International students may also accept education
related employment for up to a maximum of two years following
graduation.

Residence
and Food Services
Living on campus is one of the best ways to
get connected to the university experience. You're close to
classes, labs and recreation and it's easy to meet lots of new
people. As an international student, this is an important way
of becoming more familiar with the culture of Canadian students,
and a great way to become connected with social and academic
events.
You get healthy and well-balanced meals at Jenkins Hall, our
cafeteria. If you have special dietary needs you will be well
taken care of. The cafeteria also offers international dishes,
to make you feel more at home.
