United Way Update
Payroll deduction is a great way to contribute to the United Way. The Payroll Deduction program is the largest fundraiser for the United Way and for just $1.00 or $2.00 a pay, you can provide healthy snacks for children's programs and/or counseling for people in crisis just to name a few of the services that are sponsored by the United Way.
If you are interested in participating in the Payroll Deduction program, please fill out the necessary form and submit it to Donna Jamieson in Plant and Animal Sciences by
Friday, November 25th. Forms are available from Marianne Clark in Plant Science, Mandi Wilson in Engineering, Theresa Blois and Annette Brightman in Cumming Hall, or by contacting Donna or Marilyn in Haley Institute. Thank you for your support of this worthwhile cause.

NSAC MacRae Library
The NSAC United Way campaign events may be over, but your chance of finding a great book to read and help out with a donation isn't! We emptied many carts of books during our book and movie sale but we've got plenty left. Some will be heading to the Colchester County's Community Workshop and some will be boxed up for next year, save us all that work! We are putting carts of books, magazines and movies in the library foyer until November 25th; take what you like and leave a donation with staff at the circulation desk!
Exams are just around the corner!
If you have students you believe could benefit from additional help in study skills, study habits and organizing their notes, please ask them to see me during my evening office hours. The schedule is listed below.
