Campus Haiti Relief Donations
To the campus community:
I thought that it might be within our means to come together and make a donation to the Red Cross for the people suffering in Haiti. If we, as a whole, donate what we can than we will feel like we can indeed make a difference.
I hope everyone will participate. The Red Cross is accepting cash donations and that money will buy medical supplies, emergency shelters, food and water.
The Federal Government has announced that it will match contributions that are made.
If you are interested in making a donation, they will be accepted until Jan.22 and delivered to the Red Cross for distribution. Donations can be made to the following people:
Gizele Mazerolle - Environmental Sciences
Marianne Clark - Plant Science
Lynn Sibley - Registry
Theresa Blois - Cumming Hall
Marilyn Roberts - Animal Science
Many thanks for your support of this worthy cause,
Donna Jamieson
