Haiti Earthquake Relief Fund Update
Hi Everyone:
I am happy to let you know that over the week that we were collecting donations for Haiti the campus community raised $1,377.00! Thanks to Donna Jamieson and Marilyn Roberts for their help in getting the message out and also thanks to the people for agreeing to collect the money within their departments. To those who requested receipts, temporary receipts have been issued. The Red Cross will be mailing out your official receipts soon. Please let me know if you would like to continue with the campaign or for those who missed the opportunity to donate on campus. I'm sure we can request the same locations for collection.
Thanks again for your contributions. Even 25 cents can buy a tablet that can purify water for drinking in Haiti. The money we raised will go a long way.
Sincerely,
Tanya Muggeridge
