Healthy Workplace Month
Healthy Workplace Month is from October 4 to 31, and this year the Work Well Team is challenging you to walk across Canada! If you are interested in participating, please sign up at www.dadfa.workplacewalks.ca.
Pedometers are available to the first 50 people who request them. If you are located in Truro, please contact Susan Moore (moorese@gov.ns.ca) for your pedometer. All other office locations can contact Suzy Woodworth (woodwosm@gov.ns.ca) for a pedometer.
Everyone who participates will be eligible for prize draws following the challenge.
Good luck!
The M&M Incentive
Do you make an effort to walk or bicycle to work instead of using your car? If you don’t already, you may consider it now since we are offering a sweet incentive for those who consider the environment in their daily transportation routines.
We will be keeping an eye around campus for those of you who walk or bicycle to work and you will be rewarded with a gift of NSAC branded M&M’s.
