News from the Road
Student Recruitment would like to send out an update on International
Recruitment at NSAC. NSAC currently has a partnership with the
International Language Institute (ILI) in Halifax, who provide
English language training to students bound for studies at NSAC.
Collaboration between our two institutions has resulted in a
brochure outlining educational options for students. Distribution
of this brochure has been widespread, reaching over 2000 educational
agents across the globe! Brochures are being read by agents
and students in China, Japan, Korea, Russia, Taiwan, United
Arab Emirates, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and many more countries
worldwide. This initial distribution has resulted in orders
by these agents for hundreds more brochures.
We would like to welcome back to campus Raj Lada, who we thank
for his recruitment efforts in India while on a personal visit
home. Raj made school visits in Chennai, as well as meeting
with the Canadian Consulate’s Trade Commissioner. While
in New Delhi, Raj met with representatives of the Canadian Education
Centre, and dignitaries of Amity Schools and Colleges. We are
very grateful of Dr. Lada’s efforts in this market, and
for his offer to introduce NSAC to students in India.
