The Department of National Defense Regional Gliding School
will be returning to NSAC campus this summer as part of its
annual conference operations.
“ We are very pleased to have been awarded the contract
to host the Regional Gliding School here at NSAC,” said NSAC
Co-President Dr. Bernie MacDonald. “We have had a
wonderful working relationship with the School in the past
and look
forward to hosting them over the next five years.”
NSAC will provide accommodation and dining services to more
than 200 students, officers and staff members who will arrive
on campus this July.
“ This contract provides stability to our university
conference program and represents a 50 per cent increase
in bed nights
sold throughout our conference season,” added Melani
Lane, NSAC Manager, Conference Services.
