SERVICES

Health Services provides confidential assessments
and referral services to students based on nursing assessments,
provision of education, recommendation of appropriate care,
provision of counselling services, evaluation of effectiveness
of plans of care and referral to community resources as
indicated.

After hours, for urgent non-emergency
issues (i.e. ear infections, throat infections) a Walk-in
Clinic is available at Fundy Trail Mall/Sobey's -
(902) 893-3635.
Monday to Friday - 6 to 10 pm
Saturday/Sunday/Holidays - 12 noon to 5 pm
Valid Health Card required or there will be $25 charge.

NON-INSURED SERVICES
Please be aware of fees for health services
not covered by the Nova Scotia Health Insurance. This means
you must pay for the following services provided by the
campus doctor, effective January 2009.

All missed appointments require 24 hour cancellation notice.
If we are not notified you will be charged $20. Please be
considerate of others who require appointments.
