Thesis Submission Form

To be completed by the supervisor(s) and submitted by the student to the Research and Graduate Studies Office a minimum of three (3) weeks before the proposed date of the thesis defense along with the written thesis. The student is required to submit sufficient copies of the thesis to provide a copy for each member of their supervisory committee, the External Examiner, the Chair of the defense and the Graduate Coordinator.
