The courses I currently teach include:

ENGN2000 Environmental Impacts & Resource Management
This course introduces engineering concepts applied to reduction, control and management of organic pollutants often associated with natural resource based production systems.

ENGN2003 Food Processing Systems
This course introduces engineering and science concepts that are applied to food processing unit operations.

ENGN2004 Aquacultural Environment
Engineering principles and concepts relevant to the management of the aquatic environment of cultured aquaculture species are studied.

ENGN3013 Aquacultural Engineering
Engineering components of support facilities and equipment for aquaculture production systems are reviewed.

AQUA2000 Introduction to Aquaculture
I teach a component of this course which introduces engineering aspects of aquaculture.

ENVS2000 Environmental Studies I
I teach components of this course dealing with resources, energy and the environment and with water pollutants and wastewater treatment.
