Registration
At least one author from each submitted abstract must register for the
Conference/Symposium by June 28, 2010 or the abstract will
be removed from the Program.
Fees
The registration fee for the conference/symposium includes nutrition
breaks and lunches, the welcome reception, conference materials,
and conference proceedings. Please note that all amounts are in Canadian
dollars.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations received by July 12, 2010 will be refunded
minus a $25 processing fee. Please note that such refunds
will only be processed after the conference. Cancellations
received after July
12, 2010 are non-refundable; however, substitute attendees from
the same organization are welcome. Cancellations must be
sent in writing to Dr. Norman Goodyear either by mail, fax
or email.
The Organizing Committee may cancel the conference/symposium because of insufficient
registrants or other unforeseen circumstances. If the conference/symposium is
cancelled, the Organizing Committee will refund registration fees but cannot
be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change
charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

Letter of Invitation
If you require a visa to enter Canada and need a letter of
invitation to the symposium, please contact Dr. Norman Goodyear at
ngoodyear@nsac.ca. (The letter of invitation will be faxed to you or sent
to you via email. We will not send original letters to embassies or provide
assistance in securing a visa.)
