| Status |
The Investment Committee is a subcommittee
of the NSAC Foundation Board |
| Purpose |
The Committee shall be responsible
to the NSAC Foundation Board for the management of all investment
funds of the NSAC Foundation. |
| Membership |
The Committee shall consist of
the following: |

- Two (2) NSAC Foundation Board Members; one from A Group
and one from B Group.
- One (1) member of the NSAC Alumni Association executive.
- The Committee shall choose its chairman. If the Chair
of the NSAC Foundation Board sits as a member of the Investment
Committee, He or she will serve as Chair of the Investment
Committee.
- Other members at large as selected by the Investment
Committee and supported by the NSAC Foundation Board of
Directors
- Membership shall be for a period of three years and
may be automatically extended for two additional terms,
subject to ratification by the NSAC Foundation Board.

| Meetings |
The Committee shall meet no fewer
than two times a year. |
| Quorum |
A majority of the members will
constitute a quorum. |
| Functions |
The specific functions of the Committee
shall be as follows;
- Review investment policy for the funds with respect
to the corporate responsibility, the division between
equity and fixed income securities, relative importance
of income yield in relation to annual dispersal requirement,
permissible degree of risk holding and to make recommendations
to the NSAC Foundation Board of Directors.
- Review standards of performance.

| Reporting |
The Committee shall make an annual
report to the NSAC Foundation Board no later than September
30th in each year and report at other times when
deemed appropriate by either the Investment Committee or
the NSAC Foundation Board. |
