The NSAC Daycare located at 43 College Road, Bible Hill
is owned and operated by the NSAC and is governed by a Board
of Advisors.
The Daycare is licensed for 33 full-time spaces. The children
range in age from 18 months to 5 years.
The NSAC Daycare is intended to child care services for the
staff and students of NSAC and NSDAF staff. Families from the
surrounding communities are accommodated if space is available.
The NSAC Daycare is a happy, caring centre providing quality
flexible and affordable child care with a learning through play
philosophy. The daily program offers child centered activities
to facilitate self-motivated learning and interaction with people
whom the child trusts.
The establishment of the NSAC Daycare began in 1987 when Alan
Fredeen struck the first committee. In 1988 the Daycare was
opened with the intent to function as a cost-recovery service
to faculty, staff and students of the NSAC.
