Friday, May 4th, 2007 - 2:00 pm in the Langille Athletic Centre
Graduation rehearsal for all grads will be at 9:30 a.m. in
the Athletic Centre. This is when you will pick up your gown
up. All grads must be to Jenkins Hall by 1:00 pm to form the
processional. Graduates will march to the Athletic Centre from
Jenkins Hall.
Graduation ceremonies begin at 2:00 pm. No tickets are needed
for the ceremony but guests may want to arrive early to access
parking. A reception for graduates and their families will take
place in Jenkins Hall immediately following the ceremony.
There is no limit to the number of guests students can invite
to the Convocation ceremony. All are welcome to attend.
It is important that all gowns are returned to the Athletic
Centre before 5:00 pm.
Not Able to Attend
Graduating students must notify the Registrar’s Office 24
hours in advance of Convocation if not planning to attend. Degree/Diplomas
will be mailed out to these students.
