Academic Credit Application
Process |

- Print and complete the Application
for Admission/Readmission Form.
For Category, select No Program.
- Print and complete the Course
Selection Form.
- Arrange to have your transcript
from a previously attended academic institution sent to NSAC's Registrar.
Have your transcript sent either:

| Note: Your transcript
must arrive at NSAC prior to the application deadline. |
- If you are attending another academic institution and
you want to take the course for credit within that institution then
you must request a Letter of Permission from your institution. The Letter
of Permission must accompany your application.
- Prepare a cheque or money order for the $25.00 registration
fee. The $25.00 registration fee is not refundable.
- Mail the completed Application for Admission/Readmission
form, Course Selection Form, Letter of Permission (if applicable) with
your $25.00 payment to:

| NSAC's Registrar will review your
application and contact you by mail within 4 weeks of receipt of
both your aplication and transcript. Your acceptance into a course
does not constitute acceptance into any NSAC programs. |
Complete the remaining steps after you have received
your letter of acceptance from NSAC's Registry Office.
- Print and complete the Materials
Order Form
- Send the Materials Order Form with your payment for
the items requested plus taxes and shipping to:

- Tuition and distance education fees are due on the first
day of classes. Send your payment to:
