The Modern Shepherd - Advancing Skills for Atlantic Canadian Sheep
Producers
NSAC is pleased to offer the Modern Shepherd to participants throughout Atlantic Canada.
Originally developed
through a partnership between SPANS, AgraPoint and NSAC,
this program
is designed to assist new and existing producers improve practices
and increase sheep production.

The Modern Shepherd will combine in-class sessions with hands-on practical activities and tours to allow participants to experience all aspects of raising sheep, from choosing sheep, breeding, lambing and marketing.
