"Kelsey has been an outstanding student-athlete for NSAC. She played and excelled at rugby and basketball, finishing her 4 year career with four all-conference rugby awards and this year added the all-conference recognition for basketball as well. She is a skilled athlete and a tough competitor, leading and supporting her teammates on the field and off. There is no better representative of NSAC and Athletics than Kelsey Harpman."
