ACCREDITATION FEE
$30 per person with the team contingent. T-shirts, banquet
and hospitality included.
GAME STAFF
Kent Loughead will be the Technical Director for all games.
Table Officials will be NSAC Student Staff.
Stats will be provided by Dakstats court side.
Live stats for every game.
GAME PROTOCOL
As per ACAA guidelines.
AWARDS
Player of the game (each team) will be selected by the Awards
Committee, announced at the end of each game and presented
with an award.
MEETINGS
Coaches: 9:30 pm Friday (following banquet) at Holiday Inn
MEDICAL AND PHYSIOTHERAPY
The staff of the NSAC will be responsible for the medical
services offered during the tournament will be located on
Court 3 (immediately adjacent to the main playing surface)
and will be staffed by:
Massage Therapy: A local registered massage therapist (RMT)
will be on-site for all games.
Physiotherapy: Physiotherapists will be available for referral
to clinic.
Sports Medicine Physician: Will be available on site or
on call for entire tournament.
Athletic Trainers: TBA
Training Supplies: Teams are required to bring their
own supplies.
Other Medical Services: Colchester Regional Hospital is
less than 10 minutes from NSAC. EMS will be notified and
on stand-by.
A dentist and optometrist will be on stand-by.
A complete contact list will be provided to teams on arrival.
LANGILLE ATHLETIC CENTRE
SERVICES
Facility Equipment Service Room: Located on the main floor
level just off the playing courts and will be staffed throughout
the tournament.

FOOD SERVICES
NSAC has an on campus cafeteria (Jenkins Hall). With the
continuous dining program teams will be able to eat at any
time - weekdays 7 am to 10 pm, Friday 7 am - 8 pm and Saturday
10 am - 8 pm.
Special team meals can be arranged with Chartwells - division
of Compass Canada, at any time and with special menus as
requested and arranged in advance. Arrangements for these
meals must be made through Chartwells staff (902) 897-1952
- Julie Andrews, Manager.
An event "Snack Stop" will be located in the
upper level foyer - 30 minutes before the first game of
the double header, until the start of the second half of
the last game of the day.
Hospitality areas for all participants (athletes, coaches,
officials and V.I.P.'s will be provided on site, and a coaches
hospitality at the host hotel.
Souvenir Sales:
Souvenir items will be available.
Ceremonies:
Awards Ceremony - will be held following the final.

Appropriate numbers of room has been blocked, and once the
standings are somewhat more secure, you will be contacted
to submit your team/rooming lits.
MEDIA SERVICES
The Athletic Centre will be equipped to accommodate
media requirements. The office foyer will be the designated
media centre with phone, fax and computer/internet if needed.
Results and standings will be posted in prominent places
on site and at the hotel, and coaches will receive detailed
reports immediately following each game. We will have results
of each game on our web site and the ACAA site with box
scores and still shots uploaded after each half. We will
be moving forward with webcasting (video) of all games -
if the technology permits.
EastLink TV will be broadcasting the final games. Player
information, college clips, etc. will be requested. All
teams will be asked to supply season stats, college promo
video clips (if available), player stores, coach's bios
and other broadcast rquires. Coaches involved in the Final
may be required to participate in pre-game interviews. Specific
technical issues around the broadcast will be discussed
in the coaches meeting, and following the qualifying games
(ie TV Time-Outs)
Video Services: All games will be recorded. Digital recording
will be available following each game.
